Terms of sale

Effective September 13, 2026. These terms apply to purchases from Ornament Xmas at ornamentxmas.com.

Made to order

Every product is produced after you order and approve a proof. Because items are personalized, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after the proof is approved and production begins, except as described under "Damaged or defective".

Proofs

We email a proof within one business day. You are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling and coordinates. If you don't respond within 24 hours, we proceed with the details you entered.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax unless shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Sales tax is collected where required by law.

Shipping

Production and shipping estimates are on the shipping page. They are estimates, not guarantees; if you need a date, tell us before paying and we'll confirm honestly.

Damaged or defective

Email a photo to hello@ornamentxmas.com within 14 days of delivery. We reprint at no charge or refund at our discretion.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any names, text or images you submit and that they are not unlawful or infringing. We may decline orders containing hateful or infringing content.

Intellectual property

Designs, templates and site content are ours. The personalized print you buy is for your personal use.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of our registered address.
